Case #2: Service migration for Great Britain embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan by request of Vodafone UK (@05.09.2019 ).
I wanted to take this opportunity to provide some feedback about the engineer who attended site in Dushanbe.
Field engineer arrived on time and loaded the config on the router without requiring any help from BTI Team. He was able to quickly configure and mount router and the Ipenema device in time for the start of Skype call. He then joined the call and efficiently supported the migration and was very knowledgeable and responsive. FE was supported by Dmytro Ostapei who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I just wanted to say thank you and advice that these are exactly the caliber of engineer we expected to support us for FCO installation/migrations.
